A private car waiting for you in the arrivals hall, a fixed price agreed before you fly, and roughly 45 minutes on the motorway to your door in Nicosia. We watch your flight, so a delay costs you nothing.
Larnaca International Airport (LCA) is the main gateway into Cyprus and sits about 50 kilometres south-east of Nicosia. The drive is motorway almost end to end: out of the airport onto the A2, then north on the A1 towards the capital, before dropping into the city for the final few minutes to your address.
In free-flowing traffic it takes around 45 minutes. The two times worth planning around are the morning commute into Nicosia and the late-afternoon exodus out of it, when the last stretch can add fifteen minutes or so. If you have a meeting to make, tell us and we will build in the margin.
We cover every part of the capital and the surrounding municipalities, including the old town inside the Venetian walls, Engomi, Strovolos, Latsia, Aglantzia, Lakatamia, Dali and Kokkinotrimithia, where we are based.
The fare is per vehicle, not per person, and it is agreed before you travel. There is no meter running in Nicosia traffic and no recalculation at the end.
| Route | Daytime | Night |
|---|---|---|
| Larnaca Airport → Nicosia | €55 | €60 |
| Nicosia → Larnaca Airport | €55 | €60 |
Same fare for a sedan or a van. Journeys to addresses well outside the city are quoted individually — call and we will give you a number on the spot.
Fill in the booking form with your flight number, pickup time and address in Nicosia. It takes about a minute.
You get a reply with the price and the driver's details. Nothing is charged at this point.
Your driver is in arrivals with your name on a sign, watching the flight in case it moves.
A private transfer is not always the right answer, and it is worth knowing what else exists before you book.
Airport shuttle buses run between Larnaca Airport and central Nicosia and are the cheapest option by a wide margin. They drop you at a central terminal rather than your address, run to a fixed timetable with thinner late-night coverage, and become awkward with heavy luggage or small children. If you are travelling light and your accommodation is central, take the bus.
Shared service taxis sit between the two. They cost less than a private car but collect passengers from several flights, so departure waits are unpredictable and you are dropped at a common point.
A metered taxi from the rank costs roughly what a pre-booked transfer costs, sometimes more, and the final figure depends on traffic. You also queue after a long flight rather than walking to a waiting car.
The case for booking ahead is narrow and specific: you know the price before you fly, someone is waiting when you land, and a delayed flight is our problem rather than yours.
€55 during the day and €60 at night, for the whole vehicle rather than per passenger. That covers up to 4 people in a sedan or 6 in a van, and it does not move if your flight is late.
About 45 minutes for the roughly 50 km along the A2 and A1. Allow extra during Nicosia's morning and late-afternoon rush hours.
We watch the flight and move the pickup ourselves, so there is nothing for you to do from the plane. Give us the flight number when you book and the price stays the same.
In the arrivals hall after passport control and baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name, ready to help with your bags.
At least 5 hours before pickup. For arrivals, book as soon as the flight is confirmed — especially for late-night landings.
